Reservations & Advanced

Reservations may be secured with Visa, Mastercard, Discover Card, or personal check. An advanced payment of one night stay is required at the time of booking. The balance will be charged in the morning of your arrival date to the same credit card on file. Christmas/New Years Holiday & 4th of July reservations will be charged in full 14 days prior to arrival.


Cancellations

The advanced payment will be refunded minus a $25 fee if cancelled 14 days or more prior to the arrival date. Should the cancellation be made within the 14 days prior to arrival we will refund the advanced payment minus a $25 fee only if the entire stay is re-booked.

Holiday days require a 30 day cancellation and the advanced payment will be refunded minus a $25 fee if cancelled 31 days or more prior to the arrival date. Should the cancellation be made within the 30 day period prior to arrival we will refund the advanced payment minus a $25 fee only if the entire stay is re-booked for the same nights to someone else.


Minimum Stay Requirements

Minimum two-night stay required on weekends. On some holidays, longer minimum stays may be required.


Check In & Check Out

Check in is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Please let us know if you will arrive before 3:00 p.m. or after 8:00 p.m. Check out is 11:00 a.m.


Office Hours

Office Hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.


Room Rates

Rates are based on double occupancy. Only 2 rooms can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. Due to this limitation, an extra person must be disclosed at time of booking (add $30.—per night). Extra person has to be older than 12 years of age. Rates do not include room tax and are subject to change.
