COVID-19 Updates & Protocols (Subject to change)
Dear Guests,
We would love to host you in beautiful Lake Tahoe, but if any of the following apply, please reschedule for a later date:
Have you been in contact with suspected or confirmed infected person(s)?
Have you within the last month tested positive for COVID-19?
Have you lost your sense of smell or taste lately?
Do you have flu-like symptoms cold, fever, shortness of breath, cough or similar symptoms?
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic we have altered operations for the safety of our guests and employees.
Contact-less check-in upon request.
Check in time: 4 to 7 p.m., please advise if you will check in after 7 p.m. and we are happy to accommodate!
Change of office hours to: 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Upon request, a complementary hearty lodge-made breakfast will be delivered to your room between the hours of 7:30 and 9:30 a.m. Ordering instructions will be given during check-in.
Limited housekeeping service - housekeeping does not enter your room during your visit.
Multi-use and unnecessary items have been removed from rooms and public areas.
Dining and seating area in lodge no longer available. Rooms have been fitted with table and chairs. Weather permitting (spring summer and fall) seating and dining available on deck or lawn.
No early check-ins or late check-outs can be accommodated to give housekeeping more time to sanitize rooms.

When visiting, please adhere to Placer County’s (then current) mask and social distancing mandates when in public areas on-site. If you have questions about this, feel free to ask us!
Our team members are trained in proper protocols and are required to wears masks, wash hands, and use hand sanitizer frequently
Hand sanitizer is provided in rooms, common areas and office - Please use it frequently
We use approved cleaning materials / sanitizers in all rooms, laundry, kitchen and common areas.
Employees will not come to work if they have been exposed to COVID-19 or feel ill / exhibit any symptoms
Cleaned rooms will not be entered until new guests check-in.
Shared equipment or tools are sanitized after each shift or if transferred to new employee.
